Cedric Salisbury is a photographer that works out of Chicago and the DMV areas

Cedric’s interest in photography started years ago while traveling. He wanted to capture the beauty witnessed throughout his travels. Cedric’s interest and passion were complemented by his educational training and study of optics - the study of light, its nature, and the manner in which it interacts with matter.

After starting with landscape and travel photography, Cedric explored portraiture. This resulted in several publications and an ever expanding network of photographers and other creatives.

Cedric approaches work with his clients in a similar manner as his background in science and engineering - with forethought, planning, and clear goals in mind. Cedric consults with his clients beforehand, making certain the moments to be captured are understood and that all parties walk away happy with the end results.

Cedric is currently established in Chicago though travels regularly to the D.C. and Maryland areas.

Cedric looks forward to new challenges and capturing the special moments of the client.
